Customer Care Coordinator / Swedish speaking - Fuengirola

We are looking for a Customer care coordinator who wants to work in a multinational company in Fuengirola. In your role as service agent you will be an essential part of delivering the best customer experience possible.
As a part of the service team you will focus on helping customers with all their potential needs. Freska strongly believes in a swift and people oriented approach to service and aims to become the best service provider in Sweden. In your role as a Customer care coordinator you will handle all types of customer inquiries such as order information, invoice issues, and schedule changes mainly by phone, mail, and chat. You will work closely with other teams at Freska, such as sales and workforce management, to ensure we deliver our services promptly. The job also includes working on projects related to improving the services that Freska offer.
We are looking for you who:
- Are fluent in Swedish and English, other languages are meritable
- Have previous experience in customer service (meritable)
- Previous experience in home services (meritable)
- Are a driven individual who takes initiative.
- Are communicative, troubleshooting and problem solving since Freska has just begun its journey and we move at a fast pace to keep up with our growth, no day will be like the other.
- Get energy from helping others and this is something that will define your work with Freska.
