As a Customer Retention Specialist, your mission is clear: help our customers rediscover the benefits of staying with us. You'll handle requests to cancel subscriptions and transform them into moments of insight, empathy, and resolution.
Engage: Proactively listen to customers’ concerns, understand their reasons for canceling, and address issues with patience and professionalism.
Inspire: Highlight the unique value of our services tailored to each customer's needs.
Resolve: Work creatively to offer solutions, discounts, or tailored plans that make staying with us an easy choice.
Build Loyalty: Leave every customer interaction with a sense of satisfaction, even if the outcome isn’t a retention win.

You have:
✅ Experience in customer service, sales, or retention is a plus, but we welcome enthusiastic learners!
✅Exceptional communication and persuasion skills.
