Mission:
Your mission will be to lead the team in making outbound calls from the office, ensuring that our Account Managers effectively engage with clients and drive sales growth.

Main responsibilities:
🌟 Lead and develop a team of Swedish and Norwegian Sales Account Managers. Foster a positive work culture and ensure team motivation.
🌟 Drive sales performance and achieve targets through strategic planning and execution.
🌟 Work closely with key stakeholders to align sales strategies and goals, ensuring strong communication across the organization.
🌟 Utilize your strong motivational skills to coach, mentor, and motivate a multicultural sales team.
🌟 Demonstrate a strong understanding of sales strategies, pipeline management, and revenue growth to drive business success.
🌟 Ensure adherence to sales processes, KPIs, and reporting requirements.
🌟 Oversee and participate in outbound calling efforts to engage clients and drive sales opportunities.
Minimum requirements:
✔️ Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both Swedish and English is essential.
✔️ Proven experience: Extensive experience in tele-marketing sales and previous experience as a tele sales Team Leader.
✔️ Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication and leadership abilities to facilitate clear communication between sales teams and other departments.
✔️ Experience of sales strategies: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and drive actionable insights.
✔️ Technical Skills: Knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting tools is essential.
✔️ Administration: Basic knowledge and understanding of the Spanish collective agreement and local rules.
Good to have:
✔️ Additional Language Skills: Proficiency in Norwegian or Finnish would be an asset.
