💬 Talking to customers every day - via phone, email and sometimes chat. Your goal? Understand their needs, solve problems and deliver world-class service.

🛠️ Refining the customer journey - by capturing feedback and collaborating with other departments to improve our service and processes.

✅ We believe you have:

A few years of experience in customer service, sales or retention - preferably from a call center or similar.

A natural flair for communicating, persuading and building trust.

Used to working in CRM or support systems.

The ability to work independently with structure - but also a strong team player.

Fluent Swedish in speech and writing + good knowledge of English.
