We are looking for a Retention Specialist to join our team in Fuengirola who wants a stabile base salary and a great commission. With a base salary of €1600/month, and an uncapped commission structure, we are confident that the right person can create customer satisfaction!
Earning 2100-2300 € or more per month are not uncommon, and the best part? Your earning potential is unlimited!

Requirement's for this position:
✅ Native-level in Finnish, Norwegian or Swedish.
✅ Fluent in English both spoken and written.
✅ Proven experience in customer retention, sales, or a similar customer-facing role for at least one year.
✅ Have been working with any CRM software, and you have basic computer skills.
The Role:
As a Retention Specialist, your mission is clear: help our customers rediscover the benefits of staying with us. You'll handle requests to cancel subscriptions and transform them into moments of insight, empathy, and resolution.
Engage: Proactively listen to customers’ concerns, understand their reasons for canceling, and address issues with patience and professionalism.
Inspire: Highlight the unique value of our services tailored to each customer's needs.
Resolve: Work creatively to offer solutions, discounts, or tailored plans that make staying with us an easy choice.
Proactive churn tasks: Handle customers who are at risk of leaving before they actually churn, and then taking steps to address their potential issues and reinforce their value.
Build Loyalty: Leave every customer interaction with a sense of satisfaction, even if the outcome isn’t a retention win.
Who are we looking for?
✅ Native-level Finnish, Norwegian or Swedish speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✅ Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a calm and empathetic approach.
✅ Empathetic listener who can quickly identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
✅ Resilient and positive attitude, even when facing challenges.
✅ Previous experience in sales, customer service/relations, or a "winback" role plus the right attitude and willingness to learn.
✅ Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic computer tools.
✅ A team player who can contribute to a positive atmosphere and create a great vibe!
Practical information:
Location: Fuengirola.
Employment type: Full time contract (37,5 hours per week).
Start: August/September.
Working hours: 08:00 - 16:00, monday - friday.
